〔記者莊雨琳／台北報導〕潭美颱風侵襲台灣，截至今(21)日傍晚5時40分，農委會水土保持局發布土石流紅色警戒35條、黃色警戒684條，分別分布於1縣市2鄉鎮9村里、11縣市37鄉鎮238村里。依據規定，地方政府應勸告或強制所在地民眾撤離，並進行適當安置。
