〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕潭美颱風暴風圈進入台灣北部及東北部陸地，風雨增強，影響範圍也在擴大，台電截至下午17:40統計顯示，全台曾停電戶數達15865戶，目前仍停電的戶數達9897戶，主要是在屏東地區，目前正在積極搶修中。
