〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕由於歐美與大陸經濟趨於穩定，使得廠商對景氣看法出現改善，根據台灣經濟研究院最新調查結果，7月製造業及服務業營業氣候測驗點均較6月上揚，營建業營業氣候測驗點則是下滑。
