〔社會中心／綜合報導〕洪仲丘遭虐死案，先前軍檢共起訴18名被告，其中前542旅副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正和上士范佐憲3人，軍檢曾2度聲請押未果，案件移審桃園地院，23日裁定羈押，269旅憲兵官郭毓龍和542旅憲兵官蔡忠銘，曾因程序不符且士官不得關禁閉一度力阻，只可惜力阻未果。
