勒死越籍小三 判刑13年

【丁牧群／台北報導】高雄市56歲已婚陳姓男子在市場擺攤，認識對面賣魚羹的29歲離婚越籍女子阮氏並進而同居，後來阮氏有意疏遠，陳男去年找她理論，反遭阮氏譏諷「年紀大、沒有錢」，陳男一怒之下拿菜刀追砍，阮氏身中數刀，躲進臥室反鎖，打電話請朋友報警。
陳男用瓦斯筒撞破房門，拿毛巾在阮氏脖子打結，猛力旋轉將她絞勒致死。陳男落網後有意賠償家屬30萬元，但對方不接受。最高法院認定陳男有強迫症等精神症狀，且被阮氏冷落、譏諷才憤而行兇，因此依殺人罪輕判他13年確定。
