〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕輕度颱風康芮持續以每小時15公里速度，向北進行；過去3小時強度略為增強，目前其中心在鵝鑾鼻東南方海面，向北移動，暴風圈已進入巴士海峽，對巴士海峽及台灣東半部海面構成威脅。
