〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕胖達人廣告不實涉欺騙消費者事件，消基會認為，這是法制上裁罰不相當的缺失，相關單位應儘速調協、改正，對食品類廣告不實的裁罰金額，至少要比照《公平交易法》才合理，勿再輕縱不肖食品業者。
