九旬老翁騎鐵馬逆向肇禍 起訴

【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄一名91歲的張老先生，去年8月上午在左營區軍校路逆向騎腳踏車在慢車道上，陳姓機車騎士見狀閃避不及，迎面撞上老先生車頭，陳男人車倒地，右側肱骨、右手掌骨折；老先生無大礙。

高雄地檢署偵查後認為，此件車禍肇因為張老先生逆向行駛所致，將他依過失傷害罪起訴，但考量他年事已高，酌請法院減刑。辰男則獲不起訴處分。
