〔記者王鼎鈞／台北報導〕雲林縣長蘇治芬為了地方淹水問題，28日帶領鄉親至行政院下跪陳情，行政院祕書長陳威仁表示，已指示經濟部水利署研擬後續治水計畫，針對本屬地方政府應治理的河川及區域排水，邀集經建會及各地方政府就優先順序、經費分擔、分工方式及後續維護管理等進行研商，一個月內完成修正計畫，並提報行政院。
