（軍聞社記者李忠軒臺北廿八日電）國防部今天表示，因應「康芮颱風」可能對臺灣地區造成影響，國防部配合中央災害應變中心一級開設，同步於十一時卅分完成國軍災害應變中心一級開設，並通令各軍司令部（指揮部）、作戰區整合地區內三軍部隊及可用救災資源，依地方行政區域劃分，完成應變編組及兵力、機具檢整。
