〔記者吳素珍／南投報導〕南投縣政府消防局第三大隊水里消防分隊，為『強化轄內高危險特定建物搶救效能』和『強化消防人員對於狹小巷弄搶救困難地區及水源缺乏地區之搶救能力』，並提升當地商家、住戶及民眾防火、防災意識，降低災害所帶來的人命傷亡及財物損失，特加強辦理兵棋推演及實兵演練。
