〔記者彭夢竺／台北報導〕又有颱風來了！中央氣象局於今（28）日11時30分發布康芮海上陸上颱風警報，水土保持局呼籲勿輕忽康芮颱風威力，山區嚴防土石流災害。交通部公路總局宣佈，下午6時起禁止進入台9線蘇花公路，晚間9時全線執行預警性道路封閉。
