〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕受到康芮颱風影響，全台各地在今(28)日下午都出現降雨，高雄市林園目前累積雨量為133.0 mm、台南市大內為110.5 mm。氣象局持續發布海上陸上颱風警報，隨著颱風逐漸北移近台，入夜雨勢會相當可觀。
