〔記者呂炯昌／台北報導〕國防部28日表示，因應「康芮颱風」可能對台灣地區造成影響，本部配合中央災害應變中心一級開設，同步於1130時完成國軍災害應變中心一級開設。本部已通令各軍司令部（指揮部）、作戰區整合地區內三軍部隊及可用救災資源，依地方行政區域劃分，完成應變編組及兵力、機具檢整。
