【楊忠翰／台北報導】今天下午4時許，PTT的爆卦板出現一張照片，畫面中有個頭髮灰白的老翁，大完便後正拿起衛生紙，準備將屁股給擦拭乾淨，由於照片地點就在中華路人行道上，因此老翁行為顯得極為突兀，有鄉民還打趣地表示：「這個還算有公德心！知道要拉在水溝蓋上！」

附近居民表示，該棟公寓正在進行改建工作，與照片情境不相符合，研判拍照時間至少已是五個月前的事，附近常有遊民出沒，隨地便溺時常可見，不足為奇！警方則表示，隨地便溺涉違反廢棄清理法第27條，環保局得以開立6千到1萬2的罰鍰。
