〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕針對內政部次長蕭家淇抨擊部分縣市不重視雨水下水道，馬英九總統更因此表示「毛骨悚然」，蕭家淇今（5）日解釋，因為下水道是內政部的業務範圍，他「只是就內政部立場提醒地方政府要編足都市排水預算」，至於被地方政府批評是天龍國觀點，蕭家淇則說，情緒性的語言無法治水。
