〔記者陳榮昌／台中報導〕大甲區九十七歲老翁戴瀛洲，年青時開墾五公傾農地，還做築堤工作，則養生有術而能保持耳聰目明，迄今雖年紀高，但健朗身體，談話又十分風趣和藹，致與鄰居有著深厚友情。五日區長蔡信豐代表胡市長，與龍泉里長陳廷旺前往祝賀老人家的生日，話家常中笑聲揚溢，原來他嗜喜喝一杯長生酒做為養生之道。
