〔記者王鼎鈞／台北報導〕馬英九總統日前提到都市需要滯洪池的概念，卻舉捷運、火車站、地下停車場為例，引發朝野大戰。行政院長江宜樺5日接受NOWnews.com專訪時幫總統解圍。江揆表示，「總統主要是講都市需要周邊的滯洪池設施，不可能希望捷運站或是好的設施變成儲蓄洪水的地方」。
