〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕針對立法院長王金平遭到國民黨撤銷黨籍，引發立委資格爭議，中選會今（13）日表示，中選會處理政黨撤銷全國不分區立法委員黨籍公文，都是在收到政黨來文後依法處理，並在同一天函請立法院註銷立委名籍，對所有政黨來文都沒差別待遇。
