〔記者曾少甫／台北報導〕日本前首相菅直人到台北訪問，13日上午前往翡翠水庫參訪，特別關心萬一發生核災時水庫的應變措施，翡翠水庫管理局局長劉銘龍，特別針對翡翠水庫面對像日本311的核災事故時將採取的應變措施，以及水庫因應核子事故所建置的輻射安全監測機制，同時也說明北台灣萬一發生核災時，緊急供水的水源調度。
