〔記者葉志堅／台北報導「九月政爭」王金平在訴諸法律途徑救濟後成功扳回一城！台北地方法院在審理後在今（13）日下午做出裁定，准予王金平假處分聲請，以新台幣938萬元擔保金，擔保未來在確認黨籍身分之訴確定前，繼續保有國民黨籍、立委身分，並續行立法院長職權；對此，有法界人士指出，這意味著王金平在這場政爭中可望大獲全勝。
