（軍聞社記者方正臺北十三日電）國防部資源規劃司司長王天德今天在臨時記者會中，針對「募兵制」驗證驗證期程奉行政院核定調整至民國一０五年底後，說明國軍賡續推動此項工作，增進志願役人力成長，並未有政策改變或跳票情事，僅係為驗證期程的調整。
