〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕立法院長王金平今（13）日上午召開朝野協商，確定將在17日邀請行政院長江宜樺前往立法院進行施政報告，由於王金平目前是否具有立委身分仍有爭議，今日協商朝野並未簽字，國民黨中央政策會執行長林鴻池則說，江宜樺如果拒絕前往立院進行施政報告，將是憲政問題，至於王金平的立委身分爭議，林鴻池則說，要由權責機關認定。
