藉管控玩電腦 色繼父性侵繼女 起訴

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市一名單親母帶著15歲女兒，２年前嫁給男友並同住，未料色繼父見繼女亭亭玉立，去年元月間，趁妻子及兒子夜半睡覺之際，指姦就讀國二的繼女下體，繼女害怕繼父權勢，不敢反抗，受害６次。
事後，色繼父更以控管繼女玩電腦為由，要求她供其洩慾，前後4次性侵，其中一次還帶她到苗栗一家加油站的公廁性侵，事後她到學校向師長哭訴，校方通報警方處理。 色繼父在警訊中坦承犯行，且妻子也出庭證稱女兒曾說遭繼父毛手毛腳，因此新竹地檢依利用權勢性交罪嫌起訴色繼父。
