〔記者陳鈞凱／台北報導〕台灣菸價太便宜，醫界喊漲25元！立法院明天即將開議，台灣醫界菸害防制聯盟今（16）天呼籲，朝野應該支持行政院版本，同意把「漲菸捐20元，漲菸稅5元」，儘速三讀拍板。衛生福利部國民健康署也推估，屆時菸價破百元，預估最多可以減少國內74萬的吸菸人口，吸菸率由18.7%降至15%，讓癮君子斷奶。
