〔生活中心／綜合報導〕中秋節連續假期最後一天，中午一過，北返車潮紛紛出籠！高公局表示，今（22）天下午1點到3點，收假車潮明顯爆量，尤其搶在實施高乘載管制之前，大量車潮擁入國5雪隧，北上頭城至坪林時速只剩40公里不到，車多擁塞；另國1北上新竹至竹北也車多。高公局預估，北返車潮4點達到高峰後，可望一路順暢。
