微軟執行長候選人下月來台密訪雙A

【王郁倫／台北報導】微軟執行長鮑默將退休，掌管Windows、Windows Phone、Xbox平台的作業系統部門執行副總Terry Myerson接班呼聲最高，據了解，這位接班候選人將在10月來台，拜訪雙A等重要夥伴，為Windows 8.1暖身。
台灣業者透露，鮑默宣布12個月內將卸任，現在微軟各部門對外態度都轉趨保守，尤其是談行銷合作，都無法獲得具體承諾，微軟高層頗有「看守內閣」味道，如何盡快敲定轉型新方向是當務之急。
Terry Myerson預計將拜訪台灣品牌華碩跟宏碁，目前行程尚未完全明朗，無法確定是否有公開行程。由於Terry Myerson來台恰好在Windows 8.1發表之前，時間點引人遐想。
Terry Myerson被視為接替鮑默的重要候選人之一。
