〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕隨著天兔颱風遠離，台灣各地逐漸恢復穩定天氣，但中央氣象局提醒，今天(23日)颱風外圍環流的影響減弱，但水氣仍多，南部、東半部地區及澎湖、金門、馬祖仍有短暫陣雨，但下雨的區域和雨勢都有機會比昨天少，中部以北地區恢復為午後有局部短暫雷陣雨的天氣型態。
