〔記者郭政隆／嘉義報導〕嘉義市位於義教東路、林森東路交叉口的停七用地，該地於都市計畫中原規劃為停車場之用，但因該區域對停車場並無需求，致迄今仍未開發使用，致使該地雜草叢生、蚊蟲孳衍，對該地之環境衛生有很大之影響，日前嘉義市府交通處雇工進行整地，預將該地綠美化，並將由圓仔林社區發展協會協助規劃，使該處成為居民休閒好去處。
