〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕墨西哥是辣椒的發源地，全球約一半辣椒都生長於墨西哥境內，紅的、黃的、青的、綠的應有盡有。墨西哥不僅是天下第一辣國，而且它的辣椒是世界上第二辣的辣椒，過百種的辣椒，新鮮同曬乾的名稱各有不同，炮製方法亦多不勝數，如用於醃肉、煲湯、燒烤、沙拉、糖果、飲品都有，真可謂是無所不辣。正宗的墨西哥菜，材料多以辣椒和番茄主打，味道有甜、辣和酸等，而醬汁九成以上是辣椒和番茄調製而成。還有哪些吃辣的國家呢？
