當發現城管的車輛占用自行車道的時候，他當場訓斥城管隊員。這位北京大爺的「訓斥」影片10月1日在網路迅速走紅。涉事城管車所屬單位對北京青年報記者表示，他們正在調查此事，並稱不管調查結果如何，日後城管執法中，都會要求堅決杜絕此類占用非機動車道停車的行為。
