〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕針對親民啟能教養院傳出院長毆打院生，苗栗縣長劉政鴻更明嗆衛生福利部長自己「派人來管」，衛福部長邱文達今（9）日表示，院長適任問題必須由該院董事會決定，衛福部具有監督責任，他尊重劉政鴻的說法。
