〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕美國政府還在關門中，債限問題也仍未獲得解決，美股連日重挫，而台股則相對抗跌，市場傳言，是公股銀行進場營造「國慶行情」，財政部長張盛和今（9）日在立法院回答立委詢問時表示，他並沒有做這樣的指示。
