〔記者張秦華／雲林報導〕林內鄉台三線與外環道接口處，每逢大雨即造成淹水，因此鄉長邱孝文特向內政部營建署申請專款一千萬元，在該處興建林內鄉都市計畫內防洪治水減災公園(一般稱為調蓄湖泊及生態休憇公園)，目前刻正施工中，預計今年底前節可竣工，即可改善市區淹水情形。
