〔記者胡健森／台北報導〕行政院政務委員張善政今（9）日至國民黨中常會報告「第三方支付服務之推動及管理作為」，總統馬英九聽完報告後表示，當有新的挑戰出來後就要因應，否則就會落伍，只要能在年前完成修法，台灣與先進國家便不會相差太遠。
