〔記者房書勤／新竹報導〕關西鎮農會30日於關西仙草加工廠進行關西仙草節暨與元培科技大學產學合作新品發表記者會，縣長邱鏡淳偕同嚴永秋、劉良彬議員、關西鎮吳發仁鎮長、農業處范國銓處長，以及元培科技大學林志城校長，共同宣佈2013年關西仙草節即將於11月2日(六)、3日(日)舉辦的好消息！林志成校長並與關西鎮農會總幹事林兆暉共同簽約產學合作，將仙草面膜技轉給關西鎮農會。
