〔記者郭政隆／嘉義報導〕嘉義市南門派出所所長陳敏藝、巡佐江玉銀及警員蘇晉毅，於日前晚間在世賢路四段執行取締酒駕勤務時，發現一部自小客車在發現有員警後立即倒車逃逸，員警見狀後立即追上前去，並將該車攔停下來，當員警打開車門欲盤查其身分時，就聞到濃濃的燒塑膠的K菸味，該駕駛立即求饒，並表示自己有吸食K他命，希望員警能放他一馬，最後警方仍將其帶回派出所，全案依公共危險罪移送偵辦。
