〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕《壹週刊》30日報導，義守大學配合國際合作發展基金會協助友邦之名，承辦「學士後醫學系外國學生專班」培訓友邦醫療人才，是馬總統指示國安會邀集相關部會「先射箭再畫靶」，而讓義大成立醫學系，也是為了南部的選情考量。對此外交部、教育部、衛福部等官員，30日傍晚聯合召開記者會，駁斥了報導的相關內容。
