【動新聞】掐鳥性嬉戲 壓制男兵供女兵鞭

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】陸軍六軍團關渡指揮部去年底爆發男女士兵在營區內辦公室嬉鬧，2男兵把1名男兵壓制在桌上，供女兵用尺「鞭打」男兵；今年初發生男兵在旅館內大玩「捉鳥」性嬉戲。國防部長嚴明已要求加強軍紀教育。 今日出版的《蘋果》報導，陸軍司令部證實確有此事，男女士兵的影片是去年11月在營區內發生，已追查影中人，違反兩性營規及違反攜帶智慧型手機進入營區，將依規定懲處；捉褲襠的性嬉戲，是今年2月發生在營區外的旅館，1名士兵用手隔著內褲，扭擰僅穿內褲男士兵的命根子，也影響國軍形象，將依規定懲處。
