〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕行政院主計總處預估，第3季經濟成長率概估數為1.58%，主要是因為出口、消費及投資都不如預期，也使得全年經濟成長率面臨保2危機。對此，財政部長張盛和31日在立法院財委會也表示，「保2不容易，可能要努力」。
