菁茵荋生技保健食品含禁藥案，檢調昨天發動第二波偵察行動，除了主要的出資者連惠心首次到案，並以250萬元交保，檢調也二度搜索負責生產的云丰公司，同時傳喚菁茵荋曾心怡總經理等人，經過複訊後，檢察官認為，云丰負責人黃振康和研發部總經理葉枚耕兩人，涉嫌隱匿案情，今天凌晨聲請羈押，法院也將在上午十點召開聲押庭。
