〔記者黃村杉／新北報導〕有鑑於11月9日發生一起因瘋狗浪，導致8死8傷的意外事件，新北市政府消防局14日上午在市府舉行「海釣安全專案」記者會。強力宣導釣客從事釣魚活動應穿著救生衣與防滑釘鞋等防護措施，除免費提供釣客救生衣借用外，更強調堅持做對的事，針對勸導不聽拒穿救生衣者，將裁罰五千元至二萬五千元不等之怠金。
