〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕中研院南部分院已確定在高鐵特地區落腳，市議員杜素吟擔心該站區聯外道路未同時闢建，未來將面臨無路可通窘境，14日在自由發言時，極力向市府爭取能納入104年經費開闢。市長賴清德表示，該道路將配合中研院南部分院的建設完成。
