〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕安南醫院早已運作，但聯外道路迄今仍無法貫通，導致所有的車輛都往外塭庄內繞路，不僅導致社區大塞車，也讓里民飽受車流威脅，市議員林炳利14日要求市府儘速改善。市長賴清德表示，該案最快也要104年才能編列預算闢建。
