〔本報訊〕吳先生10年前就開始為手腳多處關節疼痛所苦，多次到院求診，無法確定診斷，且用藥物控制效果不佳，直至8年前身上開始有脫屑皮膚紅診的出現，才被確診為身上的紅疹為乾癬且併發乾癬性關節炎，過往的時間他大部份是以局部外用藥膏及口服止痛藥來控制病情，然而，最近這幾個月他發現在張嘴吃飯、講話、刷牙洗臉時臉頰特別的疼痛，且有顳顎關節腫脹疼痛情形，嚴重影響到日常生活作息，另外也發現脖子僵硬的狀況，導致無法往後仰、轉動，手部的指間關節也出現了異常腫脹難以彎曲活動。
