中電買地 建綠總部

中電（1611）台北市內湖企業總部最近新購200多坪土地，加上原有購入的400坪，總計達620坪，今年著手規劃興建1棟「綠建築」，3年內完工搬入；現今台北市忠孝東路黃金地段的總部著手進行都更或採標售，法人預估，貢獻業外獲利上看20億元。

中電表示，近年來轉型邁向綠能科技產業，將興建一棟有綠能產業搭配的總部，將把自家生產的LED燈飾、LED 室外照明、太陽能板全數用上，成為一棟綠建築，作為活廣告，打造中電轉型成為全方位照明解決系統大廠的角色，並可成為今後接單新模型。

去年中電斥資4.05億元，購得內湖科技園區土地405坪，配合華山區總部都更作業，要自建大樓做總部。
