賊性不改又偷　被逮辯「藥物害的」

曹姓竊嫌(女、56歲、傷害、妨害名譽前科)，涉嫌從民國99年開始，到自家附近向各大超商、超市、鞋店等處行竊，店家陸續向轄區三重區中興橋派出所報案，警方也揪出犯嫌送辦，但她賊性不改，近日又再度犯案，被逮後她裝傻不認，還說是抗憂鬱藥物害她「恍惚中行竊」。

偵訊時曹女向警辯稱，不清楚遭商店指控偷竊的物品，為什麼會在床頭上，還以為是兒子買給她用的，員警只好讓她看店家監視器畫面。她看了後依舊不承認，並改口說「自己長期服用抗憂鬱藥物，可能是吃藥後神志不清，才會恍惚中行竊」。警訊後依竊盜罪嫌移送法辦。
