糗！張花冠發紅包　男童嚇得哇哇哭

嘉義縣長張花冠今天準備2000個紅包於高鐵太保站發放，有個男童卻被嚇到，當場放聲大哭。

張花冠今前往高鐵站發紅包，返鄉遊客拿到紅包都喜孜孜，有對1歲2個月龍鳳雙胞由爸爸推著嬰兒車返嘉，張花冠趨前送紅包，男童卻因此被嚇哭，令張花冠好尷尬。
