〔國際中心／綜合報導〕菲律賓漁政船殺害台灣漁民，引發台灣民眾憤慨，更造成台、菲關係緊張。菲律賓總統府馬拉坎南宮發言人陳顯達表示，菲律賓未來不會再透過媒體發表任何聲明，將透過「適當管道」與台灣交涉漁船射擊事件。
