〔記者李鴻典／連線報導〕台菲之間因為菲律賓公務船以掃射方式殘忍殺害台灣漁民，關係陷入緊張，日前，菲總統府副發言人出面回應，卻因面露笑容，引發輕佻反感，菲律賓總統府在今(14)日中午再度說明，強調絕無輕佻，但對於我四項要求依舊隻字未提。
